Welcome to MEDIX, a platform owned and operated by Solutions Unity Company. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MEDIX website and services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

By accessing or using MEDIX, you confirm that you:

  • Are authorized to act on behalf of your organization or medical facility.
  • Agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform.

2. Platform Description

MEDIX is a cloud-based platform designed to support:

  • Medical operations (clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, optical shops)
  • Business operations (finance, HR, inventory, procurement)
  • Medical device and equipment integrations

We provide the software, hosting, updates, and support as part of our SaaS offering.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use MEDIX only for lawful medical and business operations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and legality of all data entered into the system.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and user access roles.
  • Ensure patient consent is obtained where required by law.

You are fully responsible for any activity conducted under your account.

4. Data Ownership and Protection

  • All medical and operational data entered into MEDIX remains the property of the client (i.e. the healthcare provider).
  • We do not claim ownership over your data.
  • We implement best practices to protect your data, but final responsibility for data input and patient privacy compliance remains with the client.

5. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high service uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events may affect availability.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform.
  • Introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Use MEDIX to process illegal, unethical, or unauthorized content.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of service.

7. Fees and Payments

If using paid services:

  • You agree to pay the applicable fees as per your selected plan.
  • Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.

All payments are subject to our current pricing and billing terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Use.
  • Engage in misuse, abuse, or illegal activities on the platform.

You may terminate the use of our services by written notice, subject to any ongoing billing terms or contracts.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design, and documentation of MEDIX are the intellectual property of Solutions Unity Company. You may not use, replicate, or distribute them without written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

MEDIX is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, unless otherwise stated in a formal agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data caused by user action or third parties.
  • Business loss or interruptions due to technical issues.
  • Regulatory fines resulting from client misconfiguration or misuse.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 3 months.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Saudi jurisdiction.
